For the first time in Trinitas barbecue history, we have sold more than 500 Boston butts!  Our faithful dads, Shawn Hennessey and Shannon Parsley, have taken dedication to a new level this week.  They arrived on Tuesday afternoon, ready to season BBQ, and have monitored the smoking meat night and day ever since.  The dedicated junior and senior students spent Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon rubbing spices on the meat and then our tireless volunteers placed the meat on the smoker.  Ten hours of roasting resulted in juicy, delicious meat that literally falls of the bone.   If you ordered one, come by the school to pick it up today or tomorrow.  If not, mark your calendar for next year and we will save you one!  Bon appetite!
