sr-seagrass-projectOur Marine Biology seniors are learning about biodiversity and succession among encrusting organisms in Santa Rosa Sound. They are currently recording data (% coverage, size, organisms) from 5 gallon buckets that were deployed in seagrass beds in the Sound over several months. This data may be included in a final report supporting a larger regional project, “Roadblocks to Seagrass Recovery”.
